Q: What is NCEW?

A: NCEW is a nonpartisan week of virtual activities highlighting the value and benefit of clean energy solutions and advanced technologies for every home and business across America.

Q: What is the purpose of NCEW?

A: The purpose of NCEW is to bring together individuals, businesses, nonprofits and industry associations to influence the discussion in Washington, D.C. and around the country about common sense clean energy solutions that directly address our nation’s need for abundant, reliable energy during a time of economic recovery.

Q: How will going virtual impact NCEW this year?

A: This year’s NCEW is shaping up to be our biggest one yet since it was first established in 2017. We have put together an impressive program that will be hosted on a state-of-the-art virtual platform. We look forward to amplifying NCEW’s message that clean energy not only powers our country, but our economy, to a larger audience.

Q: Will Registration be closing before the Conference?

A: No! Registration will remain open throughout and after the Conference. If you register during the conference dates, please allow 2-3 hours for your Virtual Platform Account to be created and Access Key to be emailed to you. Register Now!

Q: What Time Zone will the Conference be presented in?

A: U.S. Eastern Time, New York, (EDT) Eastern Daylight Time

Q: How do I access the NCEW Virtual Platform?

A: All registered attendees will receive an email on September 17 with their unique access key and website link.

Q: What Internet browser should I use to access the NCEW Virtual Platform?

A: Google Chrome is the preferred internet browser. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Q: Can I use my computer or my mobile device to connect?

A: The Virtual Platform is optimized to be accessed on your desktop or laptop computer. We do not recommend using your mobile device.

Q: Will the sessions be Live?

A: Yes, all of the sessions will be presented live. They will be recorded and made available on the virtual platform for on-demand viewing within 3 business days after the Conference.

Q: What types of sessions are offered?

A: Each day there are Policy Makers Symposiums, Sponsored Webinars, and multiple Networking Rooms in the afternoon.

Q: How long will the platform be available?

A: The platform and sessions will be available for on-demand viewing for 3 months after the end of the Conference (It will be available until December 29, 2020).

Q: Will the chats still be available in the platform after the Conference?

A: Yes, the chats will remain in the Sessions for 3 months after the end of the Conference.
