In the proclamation, Gov. DeSantis notes the importance of clean energy and highlights that Florida is “one of only four states in the nation with a utility-scale solar thermal technology electricity generation facility.”

Florida is now one of 18 states, and Washington, D.C., to formally recognize National Clean Energy Week 2020.
