Ms. Bowman is currently leading state and federal government affairs at Williams, a Fortune 500 infrastructure company with operations spanning the natural gas value chain, including gathering, processing, interstate transmission, storage, and wholesale marketing and trading of natural gas and NGLs.

She has 20 years of experience in public affairs, in both the public and private sectors, helping high-level principals, organizations, and coalitions develop and implement successful advocacy campaigns to meet policy, regulatory, and legislative goals.

Her focus is on energy, environment, and regulatory issues – joining Williams from the American Exploration and Production Council, the leading trade association for America’s independent oil and natural gas producers. Notably, she served in the first Trump Administration as the associate administrator for public affairs at the US Environmental Protection Agency and in the US Senate, as communications director for Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA).
