Bree Raum is a seasoned government relations expert with over 25 years of experience in energy, environment, and climate policy. Most recently she was the Executive Director of Government Relations for the Americas for Air Products, the world’s largest supplier of hydrogen energy. At Air Products, she led the local, state, and federal legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts in the US and Canada. Her extensive background includes serving as a senior lobbyist at BP America, where she spearheaded federal legislative and regulatory strategies for low-carbon energy solutions such as renewable energy, hydrogen, carbon capture and sequestration, and electric vehicle infrastructure. In addition, she held the position of Vice President of Federal Affairs at the American Clean Power Association, acting as chief lobbyist and leading national initiatives to advance policies supporting renewable energy, energy storage, and green hydrogen. Earlier in her career, she served as a lobbyist for the American Gas Association, representing natural gas utilities at the federal level, and at the American Wind Energy Association, where she directed the organization’s political giving and shaped its grassroots lobbying efforts nationwide.
