Paul Wilkins is the Vice President for Policy and Government Engagement at Electric Hydrogen—a US manufacturer of the world’s most powerful electrolyzers for the lowest cost clean hydrogen production. As Vice President for Policy and Government Engagement at Electric Hydrogen (EH2), Paul helps lead policy and business development for Electric Hydrogen across the globe, identifying strategic market opportunities and barriers to developing clean hydrogen. Paul has worked for nearly two decades at the intersection of industry, government, and energy policy. Paul began his career as a legislative assistant for energy and environmental policy for Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, eventually serving as legislative director and then chief of staff. During his near decade working for Senator Baucus, Paul helped draft dozens of bills and amendments and staffed the Senator at hearings, markups, and conference committees. After leaving the Senate, Paul worked for seven years as Bloom Energy’s first head of federal government relations. Paul earned his MA in International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University and his BA in political science from Gonzaga University.
