In-Person Events Announced for National Clean Energy Week in Washington D.C.

August 19, 2021 — The steering committee for the 5th annual National Clean Energy Week has announced two new in-person events in Washington D.C. celebrating the promise and policies of clean energy in America to take place alongside the previously-announced, virtual Policy Makers Symposium during National Clean Energy Week, September 21-24, 2021.

The NCEW Policy Makers Symposium hosts three days of virtual programming that convene policy makers, industry leaders, and clean energy advocates to collaborate on America’s future in clean energy. In addition to the Symposium’s interactive educational programming online, registration is now open for two official in-person clean energy events during the evening.

These in-person events are opportunities to network, collaborate, and break barriers to elevate the value of clean energy in our nation.

On Wednesday, September 22, the Young Professionals Happy Hour will occur from 5:00PM-7:00PM at the Dubliner in Washington D.C. Young professionals and advocates of clean energy are invited to network and collaborate with colleagues and take their place in the national clean energy conversation. For more information or to register for the Happy Hour, visit the eventbrite here.

On Thursday, September 23, the NCEW VIP Reception & Dinner, will take place from 6:00PM-10:00PM at the JW Marriott Hotel in Washington D.C. NCEW sponsors, participating organizations, and friends will join Congressional staffers and federal leaders to celebrate the 5th annual NCEW. Speaker details, including a fireside-style keynote chat will be announced soon.

Tables for the VIP Reception & Dinner are first offered to official NCEW Sponsors and Participating Organizations.
