Suzanne Leta is the Vice President of Policy and Advocacy at Fluence, an American company and market leader in energy storage products, services, and optimization software. She leads a team around the world driving Fluence’s global policy initiatives, thought leadership, and market-specific policy priorities. She is also the Co-Executive Sponsor of the Women’s Employee Resource Group and serves on the Retirement Investment and Disclosure Committees at Fluence.

Suzanne has more than 20 years of experience in energy storage and renewable energy, including utility-scale project development, strategy, business development, supply chain expansion, and public relations. Prior to joining Fluence in 2024, she served as Senior Director, Head of Policy and Strategy at SunPower.

Suzanne is a Delegate to American Clean Power’s Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the State Affairs Steering Committee, a Delegate to the Energy Storage Coalition’s Executive Council, and a Board Member of the Lone Star Energy Storage Alliance. She holds a BA, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, and lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and two children.
